These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of voriqok.com and any purchase you make from VORIQOK, a brand owned and operated by Pandax LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who Can Use This Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

2. Products and Descriptions

We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors and finishes can look slightly different depending on your screen, and minor variations in wood-grain pattern are normal. Specifications may be updated as products improve. If a product you receive is materially different from its description, you can return it under our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown and charged in U.S. Dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. We may change prices or promotions at any time, but changes never affect an order you have already placed. If an item is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Payment details are covered in our Payment Policy.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example when an item is unavailable, when we cannot verify payment or address details, or when we suspect fraud or resale. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.

5. Changes and Cancellations

You may change or cancel an order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it by emailing support@voriqok.com with your order number. After that the order may already be in processing, and you can return it once it arrives.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Ownership of the products and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you provided. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and Refunds

You may return a product within 30 days of delivery under the conditions set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Warranty

Our keyboards are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, described in our Warranty Policy. Except for that warranty and any rights you have under applicable law, the site and products are provided "as is" and we make no other warranties, express or implied, to the extent the law allows.

9. Acceptable Use

When using the site you agree not to:

  • Use it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
  • Interfere with its security or operation, or attempt to access areas you are not authorized to use
  • Copy, scrape or resell its content without our written permission
  • Submit false information or impersonate another person

10. Intellectual Property

The VORIQOK name, logo, product names, text, images, videos and site design belong to Pandax LLC or its licensors. You may view and share them for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use requires our written permission.

11. Reviews and Other Content You Send Us

If you send us a review, photo, comment or suggestion, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display and edit it in connection with our business. You confirm that the content is your own and does not violate anyone else's rights. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

Our store runs on Shopify, and payments are handled by third-party processors. The site may also link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties, and your use of their services is subject to their own terms.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pandax LLC and its owners, employees and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

15. Indemnification

You agree to hold Pandax LLC harmless from claims and costs that result from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Please contact us first if you have a concern; we will try to resolve it within 30 days. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its "Last updated" date, applies to orders placed after that date.

18. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the policies linked above, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the site.
